Can I join without a shop or dine-in?
Yes. Home chefs and cloud kitchens are welcome — choose "Home chef" or "Cloud kitchen" in the form.
How do I get started?
Fill in the form at the top of this page with a working mobile number and email. Our partner team will call you to guide you through the next steps.
How long does approval take?
Usually 1–3 working days once we have your documents, menu and opening hours. Please keep your phone on — we'll call you to activate your restaurant.
How will I know I'm approved?
You'll get your Niwalo Partner login by email. Then:
- Add your menu and dish photos
- Set your opening hours
- Go live — and optionally create your first promotion
Is there an onboarding fee?
Restaurants that join before 31 December 2026 get a 100% discount on onboarding, so it costs nothing to get started.
What is the commission?
Niwalo charges only 25% commission (plus sales tax on the commission) on each order you receive. If you get no orders, you pay nothing. Full terms are in the Partner Agreement.
When do I get paid?
Your earnings are paid weekly, straight to your bank account.
Can I pause orders when I'm busy?
Yes. In your dashboard tap Pause for 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour or the rest of the day — you reopen automatically. You can also mark single dishes Sold out in one tap.

How can I get more orders?
- Add clear, bright photos of every dish.
- Run a promotion — % off, Rs off or free delivery — it shows in the homepage "Daily deals".
- Accept orders quickly and keep your food ready on time; reliable restaurants rank higher.
- Keep your menu up to date and use Sold out instead of rejecting orders.
How can I increase my average order?
- Create combo deals (e.g. broast + fries + drink).
- Add sides, drinks and desserts to every category.
- Use "Popular for groups" platters for families and offices.
How do I make my menu appealing?
- Short, tasty names and a one-line description for each dish.
- Group dishes into clear categories (Deals, Mains, Sides, Drinks).
- Use real photos taken in good light.
How do I keep good ratings?
- Pack food well so it arrives hot and unspilled.
- Prepare within the time you promised.
- Reply to reviews from your dashboard — customers notice.
